Guided, data-driven group processes designed to achieve a specific goal or result. We ensure that data and national best practices are harnessed and used by teams to inform decisions and planning including literature reviews, focus groups, interviews, and document reviews. We provide structure for effective discussions, facilitate group interactions, and assist with the flow of information and ideas. An understanding of all stakeholder agendas and an appreciation for the importance of different perspectives and viewpoints helps groups engage in tough conversations and find shared creative solutions and opportunities. We constructively capture challenges and focus on solutions in a way that accelerates problem-solving and decision-making and develop a high-quality written product of the result.
Kristin skillfully facilitates high stakes discussions in which participants are encouraged to express and carefully consider differing perspectives. The results is a tapestry of ideas in which a person sees his or her reflection.

Kristin was the perfect fit to provide Board development consulting services to our non-profit organizations. She leads our discussions in a way that respects our Board’s differing viewpoints but skillfully provides alternative approaches for consideration. We can help set up your organization for future success by providing interim leadership support. We start by understanding your needs and then placing a consultant with the skill set and experience needed on your management team. We work with you to identify your leadership needs, support your hiring efforts, and onboard your new leader. Our consultants can provide interim non-profit leadership in a variety of roles, including Executive Directors and senior management positions.
Several years ago our organization had just lost the Executive Director of our Non-Profit Workforce Development Program. We hired Kristin as an interim Executive Director and she was quick to learn the internal and external context, understand what matters and why, and make appropriate strategic, posture and cultural choices. She was able to build relationships with staff, board members, and external partners and think in terms of two time frames for impact: things that impact current results and things that lay the foundation for future results. Kristin is smart and intuitive consultant. She stepped in and moved the organization forward. Any organization would be fortunate to utilize her services.

We will work with your team to facilitate and manage the development or customization of software solutions that addresses your organization’s core need or challenge and see what we can learn from how similar organizations have attempted to solve it before. We collaborate with end users to understand and envision new workflows, identify user-level management features, make decisions about how to automate key activities, design reports, and establish system performance measures. We work with IT departments to determine the infrastructure needed to support the software solution, and coordinate the build, testing, and implementation process with the software developments. We will also facilitate discussions with key stakeholders and experts to identify and address governance and privacy needs.
I have worked with Kristin Lehoullier on several projects over the past five years. She has exceptional project management skills. She understands the nuances that must be considered for each type of provider. She is able to translate technical language so that individuals with a less technical background are able to fully participate in the project.

We will work with your team to evaluate a core program or operational performance with a focus on continuous quality improvement. We work with your team to establish or identify the evaluation criteria and metrics and plan for evaluation. We identify key stakeholders and methods for engaging them in the evaluation process and create an evaluation timeline and tool. Once the evaluation has been conducted, we will summarize the finding and make capacity building and program improvement recommendations.
Kristin conducted a highly effective assessment process for our programs. Kristin used state standards to design and implement a comprehensive review of our performance against those criteria using both quantitative and qualitative data. Most importantly, she made clear recommendations for improvement and helped us prioritize our next steps. She was easy to work with and able to effectively synthesize our strengths and areas for improvement.
